Patient Safety - Culture of Safety Solution

Cantor & Company is pleased to announce that we have an exciting application solution module for our MQMS Plus system:  Organizational Culture of Safety survey.   This complements already implemented Patient Safety applications.

A consortium of the CMS, AHRQ and AHA, along with support and encouragement from JCAHO, have collaborated on drafting an

Organizational Culture of Safety Survey model application, which they would like to see all hospitals in the USA adopt in some manner.

The great news is that we have created an optional turn-key Culture of Safety application solution for MQMS Plus.                          

For your convenience, we have attached a copy of the scan form and several samples of output. We will be happy to provide additional details.

This is an extremely complicated process that we have made simple. Let us do the same for you!

Our MQMS Plus systems have the ability to provide you with scanning sheets, where users can fill in the boxes with Account number (for patient record data) or employee ID (for compliance issues)  for scanning; and then follow-up with full on-line tracking.   The amazing thing about this technology is that, wherever it is applied, training is faster and support costs are reduced.   It's like you’ve waved a magic wand and all your data are entered into the system, from which you can continue to do full on-line tracking and produce a full range of simple to sophisticated reports and graphs with a few clicks.
